Title: how do you know what is coming on to stong is

I have a question that i need a answer for. I have been in love with this girl for the last 3 years about and i havent really had a strong full conversation with her and may be saying well if he doesnt talk to her how can he be in love well i have feelings about people and i know i have this good feeling about her and its a love at first sight deal but theres is a problem theres not alot of times i can talk to her so when i do talk to her i dont know wether to tell her how i really feel and that i think its love like a love at first sight and how i think she is so pretty and how i would love to be with her and how she makes me feel good when im having a bad day or should i just keep quite and when i do talk to her talk to her like i dont have these feelings not to sure on what to say to her when i get the chance to have a full ocnversation with this person Just confused cause i want to tell her everything about how i feel cause i really do love her but i dont want to scare her away
