so anyhow..he would look a lot..I expected him to introduce himself to me before the school year was over becuase it was almost over. He didnt. He even saw me the last day of school and just kept looking. Then when i went to his graduation ( he was with his family) and his sisters were walking with him and they kept looking over at me. He saw me too and he was looking a lot. Him and his friends would follow me and my friends at the graduation. ive never talked to him before...DOES HE LIKE MEE??

Othello's right - I think you know he likes you but are unsure of what to do about it since he's not making an advance towards you.
He sounds like a shy guy which is okay it just means if you like him YOU need to take action - go chat to him, get his number and hang out with him some time during the vacation.
This is long overdue so get off that fence and quit playing games - you won't regret it :)
