i really love the guy i am with but i honestly don't know how to tell if he loves me like i love him how do i tell or find out with out asking?

i always htought that it was a mutal thing that both of u shared and i did n't get a chance to say it first cause my bf did and it shocked the shit out of me and i didn't love him till it reached 1 year. So sometimes it takes the other person a little bit longer.

I always thought that with love it really has to be a mutual feeling that grows together and that you would probably have a good idea if he loved you or not. Maybe you're just infatuated (something that I usually am). How long have you been together? How much do you know about him and how much does he know about you? Does he respect you and your values and do you his? I don't think there's a sure way to tell, in fact there never is, thats why trust plays a HUGE part with love. I guess a good question for you to think about would be 'Does he provide for you (as a listener, best friend, lover, etc.) in the same way that you provide for him?' And as EVERYONE has always said, it is the little things that count- the tiny details. If he knows enough about you and has paid enough attention to you, he'll do small things simply to make you happy, without wanting anything in return.
