I'm with Jonathan with respect to whether you have a chance with this girl since it's anyone's guess from what you describe. However, you must have picked up signs from her which give some indication with regard to how she might feel about you...
Either way, already being in a relationship & wanting out can mess up someone's emotions for a while so give her some time. Basically, don't rush into saying anything that you'll regret later on, you say you're really good friends - is that not enough for now?
Friendships CAN blossom into romance, often they are the best relationships - however, to be hasty by making a move now would probably spoils things. If she splits up with her boyfriend, bide your time & be a friend. Hang out & observe how she is with you - you'll know if she wants more than a friendship but for now, she's unattainable and you have to accept that...
Best of luck @:-)

Inadequate information givin I'd say. The question is, do she dig you? For all I know, she could hate her boyfriend and not care for you if she doesn't like you. If she has any feelings for you then maybe something is possible; this being because you say that she don't have interest in him anymore. But enough of the past -- look at present and future approaches. First, when you meet a girl that you really like, don't look to be her friend. Infact, don't even give her the "let's just be friends" idea. You should be making your moves (whatever they are) right from the start. I say this because it's not always possible to convert from friendship to girlfriend -- they'd get too comfortable being a friend. Like I told another this girl who posted a question similar. You don't want to be around to hear her say "I want you to meet my new boyfriend." And if you are only a friend to her, she definately would do this if she finds a nice guy. However, if you think it is possible, you might want to make your moves very soon before she leaves her boyfriend and find someone else. Good luck man.
