Ive been friends with this girl for quite a while now, and I have always loved her. At first she didnt know whether she wanted something between the 2 of us, but she was going out with someone at the same time anyway. things ended between the 2 of them though. she realized she only wanted him as a friend.
Well, one day in school, I overheard her talking to her friend. Her friend was asking her about me, and asked her what was wrong with me. I heard her say, "nothing is wrong with him hes a sweetheart." Then one day we began talking and we really seemed to open up to eachother. I asked her if she would ever date me and she said yes. She told me about her friend asking about me.
So now we have started dating. But heres my question- just becuase a girl is dating you, does that mean they like you, or they are just interested?Is there a difference? cuz, now that I got the ok that we are dating, Im worried that later along the line, shell come out and say, "u know i dont want a relationship". During the summer, she was just dating around for fun, just going out with guys to the movies and whatever, but nothing ever happned. I dont want to fall into that category. I want to be her boyfriend. So does she like me?

There is such a thing as over thinking a situation.
She obviously has an interest in you... otherwise she wouldn't bother to date you. She obviously likes you, again if she didn't you wouldn't be dating her now...
Yes she did like the other guys she had dated and yeah she had an interest in them as well... however I must tell you that at this age (I'm going to guess you're in high school, probably about 9th or 10th grade) girls can and will be very fickle in who they like or are interested in possibly dating.
Slow down a little here and don't worry so much. I really think your question is more does she just want to date you casually and still date other guys as well OR does she want to be your girlfriend where it is exclusive... am I right? IF this is the case, then I would suggest having a few great dates with this girl, and then asking her to be your exclusive girl.

well, what about those guys who she just dated for fun too, did she like them as well? cuz i dont wanna be the "im just dating u but nothin is serious" kinda guy. cuz like u said, why would a girl date someone if they didnt like them, well tht must mean she liked those guys, but she didnt care much. im just kinda confused. can u help me sort this out? thnks

YES. If a girl dates you, she likes you. Do you think a girl would honestly date someone she didn't like? That wouldn't make sense.
Don't worry about it all so much. Relax and have fun, and treat her like a lady.
