My girlfriend say she loves me and that i am everythink she is after in a man ,best freind,her confident,look after her,the only person thats ever understood her, but has just broken up with me because she does not feel in her heart that she is in love with me and has no sexual intrest in me at all. we are trying to work things out because we feel if we can solve this problem we will be happy but where do you begin to rebuild this feeling. you just can't inject love into someones heart

Loving someone is different from being IN Love with them...
It seems that you really are everything she wants in a person but the chemistry of being IN Love with you isn't there for her.
You take look after her, take care of her, she can tell you things that maybe she couldn't tell anyone else and through it all you seem to understand her... I have a male friend like that that I love dearly as my friend, but am not in love with him, have never been in love with him, and will never be in that place regarding him.
I don't know that this is a matter of finding a solution... you cannot fix it... you can't make someone be in love with you.
