Just wondering, wanting to make sure before I approach this girl...
There's a girl at work that always smiles every time i look over her way. One day i turned around and caught her staring at me and she quickly turned away. Th other day someone was jokingly ask her to bring some Thanksgiving turkey to work, and she looked at me and said "You want some too?" and she brought it. She laughs at everything I say, even stupid little things. She's interested, right?

I agree with Summer for the most part.
She does sound interested so I'm going to be my usual self & be optimistic since you'll never know if you don't at least take a chance...
Laughing at the things you say could be a sign of nerves but hopefully it's because she digs you & wants to make you feel good about yourself. Also, staring/turning away is a well-known 'hey, I'm interested' sign :)
Go for it, ask her out for a drink or for lunch, get to know her better & see where it goes. Take a chance, life's too short for regrets. Have confidence & be yourself - it's in the bag :)
Best of luck!

It's hard to say. She sounds interested, but she could be leading you on. This ame situation and more happened to me with a guy at school and it turns out he wasn't interested even though he was sending those signs. I hope for you she is because I know how hurt I was that he wasn't interested. You'll have to ask her to hang out and see what she says or how it goes. Good Luck
