Ok I may have a problem with love at times. Like, right now. I have this guy that iv'e liked for about 5 years now; and a couple of months ago my aunt had told me that he likes me and that he had been waiting for me; and that I needed to prove myself to him in a way. So now, latly he's been talking to me more often. This past monday I got a text message from him; and ever since then weve been texting each other. On tuesday he text me and I saw him that night, then around 10 he wrote back and we texted until 11. That night he texted me this. " Samantha,I Highly prize my friendship with you. Thanks for hearing me out like a true friend. We will work this party thing out to our fun". When I got that I thought'what, highly prize, is that a hint or something?' but then he sent me this, "I am very pleased with you Samantha. " and I was telling him that I din't want to affend anyone. And so he texted back saying "I know, you have a good sensitive heart."
It's like he's giving me somthing. I know that he knows that I like him, and I believe that he likes me also, just from everything he's done and from what people have told me that he's been waiting.
Oh and that he want's to marry someone who is very close with his mom. His mom is like my best friend. And he knows that were close and that I love her. So I think that was another hint as well...?
Please help me. I need input on this one.
Sam. :)

guys sometimes dont realize what they are saying. i mean women misinterpret things and that is why in society today you have to have the confidence to be blunt when you want to know something. Ask him. ask him where ya'll stand and try not to scare him by getting frustratd with his answer.just listen to him and if he says that he doesnt know yet then dont pressure him to decide right at that moment. make it casual and be tell him that its cool if he is unsure, you just didn't want to get the wrong idea. then change the subject. just be honest and open with where you stand.

Well, Sam (heh heh, nice name) I think only time will tell on this one. Keep talking to him and get closer to him, and see what happens. Things sound good thus far, though, so keep doing what you're doing.
