alright how do I start. this past weekend i told the guy that I like that I well...liked him. turns out he likes me as well. the problem is i was home for thanksgiving break. I go to school almost three hours from where he lives. our plan is to get to know each other and then when I get back for christmas break which is about two weeks, 17 days... we will start hanging out. he leaves for out of the country the day I come back from break but he is still gonna drive an hour to come see me *he lives an hour from my home town*. he will be back on the 23rd. my problem is this... communication is limited to the internet and phone. we mostly talk on the internet tho and it is a little discouraging. we barely have anything to say and if I ask questions he gives small answers that I cant really build a conversation with. I am trying not to take this as a bad sign because everyone is differnt on the internet then in person. there is a part two to this tho... before I told him I liked him, he was interested in this girl who was his friend, but there was a little more goin on. but she was more leading him on and playing with his mind then anything. then thursday nite he told her he did not want anymore to do with what was goin on with them. *I told him I liked him on saturday* my questions are this...I am so scared that within these 17 days they are somehow going to miraculously find a way to fix things between them although I mostly know its all in my head.
my second question is this...how do I approach this question to him. I would like to know if he still plans on seeing her. because even tho he told her that he didnt want anything to do with it I know that he prob didnt fully mean it at the time. and he did tell me that if another girl were to approach him telling him that she liked him, and he liked her back he would drop this shady girl in a heartbeat because he is fed up with her.
I hope this wasnt confusing or sounds immature. i'm new to this dating thing so I dont realyl know what to do. I have spent days now just worried sick over this girl and him. I dont want to be rude askin him but I just want a piece of mind I kind of feel it isnt my place to ask, but we are going to be "Dating" any advice would be nice. does it sound like he likes me? ughh thank you you guys I would really apprecaite any help.

You are reading way into all of this, STOP over-analyzing.
The guy obviously likes you. Why else would he plan on driving an hour to see you?
That other chick is history, from what he's apparently told her. And judging by her obnoxious behavior, I say good for him -- he deserves better than that.
You both have just announced you like each other -- have some patience! Of course you don't have much to talk about, a lot of guys don't like to talk on the phone for one and second, you are still awaiting the date for when you two can actually hang out and GET to know each other.
For crying out loud woman, relax and quit reading into things. Nothing is wrong here, so don't create drama.

To have a healthy relationship you must have communication. Since he said that he wanted to work on building a relationship with you, then you have every right to ask him if he has any intention of being involved with someone else.

ok well girl you said you talk to him mostly on the internet..well you see everything you just wrote about how do i approach him with dis question. you need to e-mail him all that..he will understand it..and its more easy to email then to tell him over the phone or in person..im serious...i promise he will let cha know whats up...you really should do that..okay bye gurly
