I just wondered whether love has a feeling, and what do other people think it is??
I have what I would call a love feeling, what do you think? Here goes...
Over the past year or so, I've been very good friends with a teacher who I care about very much. I can always remember something extra about her, something I don't see too often in women, that sparkle, as it were.
Anyhow, we've gotten close sometimes, but I usually have to change the subject or leave. I just get a really strange feeling coming up from my lower chest, like a smothering feeling. Is this my love feeling? Or, is it just nerves?
I haven't been in a relationship for about 2 years, and I really, really love this person so much, and don't want to mess things up.
Any ideas??

Hey, she isn't my 'teacher', and I'm not a student, that's what she does for a living, and I was a member of staff! I've made my desision anyhow. I'm walking away. Freakideek is right, its just gonig to get worse...

Ok, I get the same smothering feeling in my chest when a good looking man talks to me. Its called anxiety, or sexual tension. Its natural, but it's not love. OR, if you use the word love lightly, its not the kind of soul-mingling bullcrap that you need to go and get arrested for. I mean, I feel for you. But you are in one of those situations where the best thing to do would probably be just to let it go. Really, pursuing it or even entertaining fantasies is just going to cause you pain.

ok well i dont know if u love her or not. only u can know that but i do know that ITS YOUR DAMN TEACHER you shouldnt mess with your teacher....Does the woman MARY KAY LETOURNEA ring a bell in your head? if not watch the movie ! and u will see what happens to teachers who mess with their students. ok
