Dude, no offense, but you have A LOT to learn...
"Love at first sight" doesn't exist, except in the movies. "Lust at first sight" is something that is a reality.
Love, real love -- takes time to develop. True love is the kind of love that holds a marriage together, makes you feel deep compassion and honor the bonds of commitment. True and real love is the beautiful and strong force we all desire as humans... but it takes time and maturity to learn what love really is, and what it is not. I'd say the majority of the posts on this board are not about real and true love... but more so people that are on the path to finding real and true love.
Now, to answer your question in a more realistic sense -- there is no guarantee that a girl is going to like you... chemistry and attraction has to be there -- personality wise, as well. But to increase your chance of getting a girl to genuinely like you, you have to keep it real. Some women are smarter than you think and a lot of them can point out fakeness. Be yourself, have manners, be a gentleman... open doors for her, watch your language and laugh. Be cool and natural, and let things flow.

first off, she may not fall in love with you, face the facts, second off, if you want to ge to know her then you should try small talk and maybe you should try adn become friends.
