alright man, easiest way is to talk to her. take it slow and just ask her to something small, lunch or a movie.. Don't rush anything and give her time. Play it cool and well just be fearless and have confidence!! Huge important factor is to have confidence and style.. That'll win her for sure. I mean literally i've experimented with this, my entire life i've been really shy, never went up to girls or anything like that. About 6 months ago I've decided to just say screw it, i'm open, go up to girls I think are hot and just talk. it's been pretty successful for me.. Goodluck

Just go otu and say it. don't be afraid to throw something with it like a flower or something. get her something good, wait for the right minute, then ask her out. good luck,
