how will you love a person when you lost your trust in him? can we try to put things back to normal or just move on with our life.

Many issues with trust involve miscommunication. However, if it was blatant misuse of trust, the trust issues can only be solved mutually (and he must be willing to deal with those problems)
Its a tough journey to venture too because his willingness to resolve the issues is pretty much the make or break of the relationship (Yours as well but he has shown on some degree he isn't trustworthy). The other comments already made are quite valid and I support them.

A little more info here would enable me to help you out more.
Trust, though, is a key ingredient in a relationship. Without trust, there is no relationship. Trust is something that is earned, and when it is broken -- it is very hard to get back.
If your significant other happened to cheat on you, Zarah (as another poster mentioned), it is your decision whether or not IF you wish to forgive. You have to ask yourself if they are WORTH forgiveness... a great number of people who cheat in relationships will most likely do it again. Again, whatever the situation is, it is your call -- and only you can decide if you can forgive what this person did to you, or to end the relationship and simply move on.

I'd like to think that wen sumone breaks our trust then u can just forgive, but its not that easy ya know? Even if u do forgive the person then ill bet ull end up resenting it and bring it up in argument cos wen ppl hurt us we never really 100% totally forgive them..but like sara said if u willing 2 work it out then giv it a shot..good luck! :)

Well that depends on you...Why did you loose your trust?...If it was something like cheating then it's something that is definately forgivable but not forgetable...
People do make mistakes some hurt more than others but I think that you can overcome anything...the both of you just have to be WILLING!!
