I would tell her that she'll get what she wants when the time is right for her. She just can't sit there WAITING for a guy to come along for her. She needs to get out there and try to meet someone who she can establish a good relationship with, then go from there. If she finds that she really likes a guy that she meets, then she'll know, and she'll be able to kiss him without wondering if she's doing it right or if he'll make fun of her. Good Luck to you and your friend. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Hi Sandra (you live in a nice country!)
Okay - firstly, I would tell her she needs to at least TRY to relax because the more she anticipates being in her first relationship, having a first kiss and so on... the more anxious she'll be when it actually happens. Also, it's not a race, despite what other people of your age may be doing, tell her it's okay to take her time, that she should only consider becoming involved with someone when she feels good and ready.
Also, if any guy is worth being with there won't be any fear of them making fun of you over anything like that, especially not something that sensitive. So, tell her to wait for someone she really likes, that way all the rest will naturally happen - no stress, no worries.
