I've seen this guy a few times.. and on the last date, he didn't kiss me goodnight(but on the previous outing we kissed), yet he kissed my hand and said, "well maybe im playing hard to get" and then told me to "give [him] a call".. does this mean that he really does want me to call and he's somewhat interested? or is he playing a mind game and really signalling that he doesn't want me to call? please help! thx!

No you wait to he call you. Because if he don't call in the last two days he trying to playing hard to get. See thats what he want you to do run after him but don't.
If he really likes you and wants to see you again he WILL call. Chances are he may want to know himself how much you would want to see him again.

Sounds like a bit of a player to me - just make sure YOU play it cool. If he's interested he'll call, it's that simple...
Do tell him though, if he does get in touch, that you're not going to be messed around playing games... relationships can be complicated enough without that kind of thang ;-)
