I just don't understand the girl I'm interested in, I know a lot about her, but I'm just extreamly confused by the way she acts when I see her. First of all I work with her older sister, and we are somewhat friends, and most of what I know about her is from her older sister. Her older sister has told me that of her 2 youngest sisters she is the most outgoing of the 2 and in video I've seen with this girl and her younger sister she is the one that hams it up while the younger one is very shy in front of the camera, which goes along with what I know of her too, she's always quiet according to their sister, but my personal experiance, around them atleast, is that the younger of them is the most out going of the two, the girl I like is withdrawn and quite and if she talks its usually with a whisper. At times when her sister is on duty she is up at the place where I work, and I know she looks into the area where her sister and I work, I have made minor/passing eye contact with her once or twice, and have made hard/direct eye contact with her one time, which I wasn't very happy about doing, not because I didn't want to, more because it was unexpected and I felt was agressive of me. As for talking to her I've only done that once, she was alone looking for her older sister when I walked up to her and told her were she could find her, rather shortly in my oppinion, to which she looked down and said nothing, or if she said something I didn't hear it, and then she walked off to find her older sister, her sister later informed me that she should called to find her when she got there and if she shouldn't have been up were I was looking for her, and the fact that her younger sister was also there, even though I didn't see her there that day. She has also acted skidish when I'm around, you know turning around and going the other way or needing coaxing to were she should be going or wanting to go a compleatly oppisit direction other than were I am, which may be coincidental in my oppinion.
What do you think is going on with her? Am I really that bad of a person which she doesn't want to be around or talk to? I'm certain her older sister has told her some unflattering stories about me.

Well, Me being a love pro adviser for a long time and something like this has hit me hard. I can only say that she is not an interesting person herself and what I mean by that is that she is not interested in talking to anyone and not interested in chatting. You can believe me or not because I had the same problem to. Here is what you can do, and this is only an advise. It may not work. Ask her sister what the problem is. Maybe it's because that she is shy or something but I believe that she gives out a message that if she does not talk or ignores you, it's only because that she is a person who is not interested in anything right now. Here is what I can suggest. Try to give her something in return. Ask her sister what she likes that you can maybe give her. Such as chocolate or something that is sweet and kind. Then apoligize. Just make up something such as:"I just wanted to say that I'm sorry for accidently bumping into you the one day. I forget, but I wanted to give you these because I kinda think your a smart person yourself and deserve something like these"(and you give her something sweet and kind). Then you say," I also wanted to know if you'd be interseted in going out to dinner or lunch if you perfer?" and then,"so what do you say? a guy like me do something to make up for what I did before?" maybe you'll get her then.
