heyy, theres not really much i can do i dont think but i would like to talk about this situation with someone. Im a sophmore in highschool, i met this junior guy and we've been really close the past month. We started dating a couple weeks ago but we werent ever really boyfriend and girlfriend. Last night he told me he felt that we got a lot more out of just being friends and i probably have more feelings for him than he might for me. It's okay cause i know we'll still be really close but i just wish it could have worked out. I guess theres not much i can do but i just wish we could be more than friends.

oh honey, It's never fun to be turned down by someone we really like and it's especially hard when the person you like is your friend. Give it a couple of weeks or months and don't hang out with him much, and surround yourself with really good, positive girlfriends and have fun. Before you know it, you'll be over him and some new hottie will have your attention. AFTER THAT you can work on a continuing friendship with this guy, when you're completely over him.

Follow nicks response under me and I think that you will find that special guy soon. Trust us on this. We are pros at this. I've helped people like you for a long time. Even when I was in high school, I helped. Don't worry about the guy and try to stay friends with him. Maybe he has friends that are just better than him and are single. try that? It will work out for you in anyway it can. You'll find that guy, it just wasn't him. Good luck and take all our advises seriously.
Just because it didn't work with this guy now, does not mean that it will never work out. The best thing you can do is stay being close friends with him. Strong friendships are what lead to lasting relationships in the future. Realize to that when two people decide to go out, it takes a month for them to get adjusted to the situation whether you've known them for years, or just met them.
