What can I do to get my girlfriend back if I completely messed up by breaking a promise about lying, she says she needs a break, but she also said she couldn't be with me anymore. She says she also still loves me. What is this all supposed to mean??

The best advice I have for you is for you to to make a decision. If you really, really want to be with her -- then respect her by being honest and truthful with her. Make a decision to not do that again, and mean it. Send her a dozen red roses with a nice card saying you realize the mistake you made, and you promise her it won't happen again, and that you'd do anything to prove it to her -- first step, vowing to be completely honest with her henceforth.
She may forgive you, she may not. IF she does decide to come back, honor your promise and be honest with her. If she doesn't go back to you, then take it as a learning experience -- that TRUST is essential in a relationship -- lying and deceit doesn't get you anywhere, except a boot out the door.
Best of luck to you, I really do hope she does come back to you.

You should watch your p's and q's and don't do anything to loose anymore of her trust. You have lost some of her trust, and she is not sure about you anymore, but you still have a chance because she says she still loves you, so basicly you should try to figure out a way to gain the trust back you lost, and don't do anything to screw it up till then or after that, otherwise you might not gain it back ever again.
