hello i love a boy he is the best he is kind caring and nice too i love him and i feel something weird happens in me my heart become faster when i see him or hear his voice the question is i dont know if he loves me or not i will try today to tell him my feelings but i dont know if it is the right thing or not so i need help please...

You might want to tell him you like him first. It isn't clear if you are in a relationship or not. If in a relationship, you could tell him you like him a lot and that he makes your heart beat faster when you see him. I would not say you love him yet.
If he is not someone you have a relationship with, I suggest you tell him that you like him ... not that you love him. See what he says to you.
