Title: Does he care about me?

I met this guy over a year ago. We became good friends and of course we started to have feelings for each other, now heres the problem, we usually talk about everything and i mentioned to him that i am a virgin. he admired that i am a 20 year old who has maintained herself waiting for the right guy, he would call me everyday and text all day and we were building this friendship into something deeper. well we started to see each other and i fell completely head over heels for him,
we started kissing and before you know it we were fooling around. I am still a virgin, but after we fooled around, he barely calls me, i have to be the one to text him, ( oh and by the way he is very truthful with me, so he tells me that he is dating several ppl but nothin serious) and the only time we see each other, we only fool around and make out. now my problem is I want something serious with this guy( because i trully love him, if he was another guy i would've already dumped him, but i wonna be with him) but i don't think he really cares about me, i feel that he is after me just to get me in bed.

now thats just the beginning: he doesn't want to be in a relationship because he just broke up with his girlfriend about a couple of months ago. but when we are alone he just starts telling me how he wants to be with me so bad, now another dilema in my life is that my parents don't know about this fling of mine. and what scares me the most is that my parents dislike him because they already have confronted each other, so i haven't dared to tell them anything. I have to always sneak out of my house to see him. now is this all worth it? Is he really into me? or is he after one thing? but he knows that he is risking alot seeing me, so why is he still seeing me? does he really care about me? Please help me out.
