Hello, My name is Carey. I have the most wonderful boyfriend a girl could have. And I used to be that girl that wasn't the typical "overly"-everything girlfriend. I have been through some rough relationships and it has left me overly-protective, overly-jealous, overly-paranoid, overly-everything! What am I going to do? I try to give myself pep-talks but they only work for a few minutes. It's so bad that he is starting to keep things from me for fear of being yelled at and lecutured. My relationship is going down the hill... fast. Please help me catch it before it falls. Thank you! Maybe you could post a list of typical girl problems and I can do to fix it... or atlease put it in perspective enough to work on it.

Not typical honey. Unless your boyfriend has given you a reason to be upset, you need to relax. The only time a girl should be overly anything is if her boyfriend has given her a reason. So, unless he has given you a reason, calm down and just go with the flow. You will only push him away if you obsess about everything he is doing. Give him the benefit of the doubt.
