its really hard to tell what to do i mean u've been with him for 2 years but either its there or its not i know u probably still have feelings for ur ex and for chad but u need to decide who u like more and who u really want to be with i know its hard and it sucks but it will end up right talk to chad and try to figure things out if it dosent work then go for the ex!
