Well me and my boyfriend have been dating for 2 years and have been living together for about 1 year and a half. About a month ago he went out with some friends and had a few beer and ended up kissing this girl from work. They both swear thats all that happened i i truly believe it but i just cant get over the fact the kissed happened. I mean when hes at work all i can think about is if shes gonna be there and what if something happens. He says it was a mistake and he was just doubting our relationship cause we were fighting a little but to me thats not a good excuse i would never have done something like that! Anyways i forgave him and things are good between us but i dont trust him and i know thats an important piece to a relationship! Before he goes to work if he wants to have sex i feel like a have to just to make sure nothing happens between them, but deep down i know nothing would, Its just scary to think it could. I truly love him with all my heart and i know he loves me as well but i just dont know how to put this behind us! Anyone have any advice how to get past this??

i know this may be hard for you and I completly understand trust me. but you have to either forget about it or eventually hes going to feel Like ok..shes never going to get over this so i might as well do something since she dont trust me anyways. So if i was you i would Let it go. trust me a kiss isnt NOTHING especially if he was Drunk. be happy he didnt sleep with her. SERIOUSLY. it was just a kiss that Shouldnt have happened but it did from all the beer.. so let it go.
ok sometimes cheating happens and well if all they did was kiss then its not as big of a deal but its still cheating if u think something more happened then u can also talk to him and this other girl. i know u really love him and u need to make sure he knows that and u need to ask him if he feels the same cuz otherwise ur waisting ur time. it sounds like hes sorry and u shouldnt feel like u have to have sex ur allowed to say no and if he cheats on u again cuz of that then hes really not worth it and u could do better. dont stress over this shit happens and im sure u will get past this just talk to him and remember if he truely loves u then it wont happen again and that real men dont cheat no matter what just tell him straight up if he wants someone else then its over between u two. i know its all confusing right now but whatever happens will happen and it will be for the best. Dont worry unless theres ne signs that he is cheating and if there are signs then confront him.Good luck with this Guy.
