Can anyone help me...? I dated a guy for 3 years, not a good relationship at all. I broke up with him 4 1/2 months ago and I'm no where near over him. He still calls all the time, we go to the same school so we always run into eachother. Everyone tells me to do the whole cold turkey thing, and I'm having a really hard time. Does anyone have any advice for me?? Thank you to those that respond.....
The best thing you could do is keep yourself busy so you won't have time to think about him as much. Go out with your mates and have fun and then you'll be able to see that your much better off without him. Join a club or something or throw yourslef into your school work. Good luck! xxx

Yep, they are right. Cold turkey is best. Especially, if it was not a good relationship at all. Staying in contact with him will only continue to cause problems.
