I've been dating this man who is over 10 years older than me. He helps me with a lot of things in my life not only mentally, and emotionally, but on all levels that a relationship could possibly be on. But, there are some problems because he is very different from what I am use to. He doesn’t celebrate any holidays, he’s a vegan, and he's very committed to knowing and being his true self, culture wise. Now, he wants me to also be this way, and I understand why completely, but it is sometimes very hard for me to follow this path of truthness, because it is new to me. Keep in mind we love each other, but we have problem around these very issues, time and time again. Should I just listen to my heart and stay and work hard to make this work? Please some SERIOUS input someone

Well For one IN MY OPINION... he should love you for the person you are.. He met you as yourself.. you should never have to change for a man. I disagree with this 100%.. if he loves you, he should accept you.. love is about accepting & Understanding. Dont Let him try to change you. EVER.
