What does it mean when…… 1.a guy introduces himself to you and has a big smile/seems very happy and playful (what does it say about his personality) 2.he comments on the things you both have in common 3.he stares a lot, often with a strong gaze 4.drinking gives a guy courage to do wild things like fighting other guys or telling a girl he likes her, (does it mean he’s a wimp when he’s sober, that he’s extremely shy, etc.)
and
how would a girl know if he’s true or not, if his feelings are sincere, if he really likes HER (for who she is) or just wants her body?

1. That he is a happy and playful guy ... at least around you. 2. He is thinking about what you have in common. 3. He is probably interested in you. Or doesn't know staring can be rude. 4. Could mean he has reasons not to tell when sober.

Very hard to tell. You have to see what his actions are and if they match up to the words he says.
