Try making little jokes with the guy. Also, give him cute little looks every once in a while...heh, but don't stare him down, that'll give him the creeps.... If you say something stupid just laugh it off....thats about all i can say. Everyone has their own tactics and ideas of flirting. You probably do it without even noticing it!
