Title: WHY IS IT ME???

By: Tim

Throughout my life I have always been shy. Being a boy, thats a problem for me because it has always been hard for me to talk to girls. However, it hasn't been a major problem until recently. At the begining of this year I liked this girl a lot and I found out she felt the same way about me. The only problem is every time I'm around her or any girl I tense up and I feel like my personality is so artifical. I want to be confident like I am around my boys, but every time I talk to a girl I always feel that there judging me and scrutinizing my every move. I talk about her so much to my friends, which is probably because I dont talk to her a lot. My friends are all getting fed up with me because I never do anything about my feelings. I want to soooo badly but its like I cant, like something is wrong with me. The girl that I like said that she wants to hang out with me, but I'm so scared to because I dont want her to stop likeing me and I dont want to mess up. I'm fifteen now and it seems like none of my friends have this problem that I have. If you know of ANYTHING that I could do to get over this problem I will be extremely greatful. Thankyou

Don't lie to him. To be brutally honest, most girls like confident guys--not shy and quiet guys, which is a common mis-conception. The best and only thing I can tell you is to just suck it up. Good Luck!!!

aww cuteness. i heart shy-guys :)

what you could do is be completely honest. say something soo very cute like "I don't know what to say right now. I like you so much, and I don't want to screw up somehow..." and she's the one for you she will say "aww, you could never screw up. promise. you could take it back or something, i'd believe you."

the best way is to be who you are. you'll have good times with chicks who are okay with that.
