I really like this girl and we have become really good freinds and i feel that it is time to take it up to the next level but she just wants to be freinds even though i think shes starting to come on to me but i dont know im so confused what do I do?

well. i think you should just let it be. i mean, if she honestly doesnt want to go into a relationship with you then you shouldnt push her. let her know that you really like being her friend, and that if she ever changes her mind concerning where the friendship is going that she can let you know.
also... learn how to spell "friend." might come in handy some day.
