i have a boyfriend and things aren't going so good. im hearing things about him not wanting to be with me and he doesn't like me. so i wanted to know does he love me like he says he does?

There is only one person who can answer that, and he is your boyfriend. Just tell him you've been hearing rumors and don't know if he really loves you.
