My problem is I have a boyfriend and I like another boy that is so sweet and knows how to treat me, just like my boyfriend but this other boy is better.The other problem is that this other boy doesn't know that I have a boyfriend.

I'd go and talk to the other boy and see how he feels not necissarily ask him out yet. Because I'm not telling you to cheat on your boyfriend but to just hear this other person out. But after finding out from the other boy decide who you like most and go with that person. Best of Luck to you.
