I really really love this girl at my school!!Before we started to actually "go out" we were best friends since third grade, and we're going to college soon,we're the perfect match!But!The only problem is..is her father he won't let me date her!And i've tried to tell him that we love eachother,and i even made her tell him but nothing has worked yet!i don't even think whenever i was her friend he didn't like me much!so since you guys have helped me out before in the past,i was hoping you would help me out again!if there's anything that you could possibly think of to make her father let me date her please tell me!i'm desperate!thank you,thank you very much!!!

okay, its good that you respect his opinion and want his blessing and all but in the end remember that its your life. just try to prove to him how much you love her. he cant stop two collage students from dating. my dad is like that. im his only daughter and he is waaaaay over protective of me - but in the end its my life. i respect his opinion but even tho im still in high school so i sorta have to do what he says he cant stop me from seeing and talkinto ppl i want to. and niether can her dad. hes just worried about loosing his baby gurl. he probably sees how much you love eachother and sees where its goin. just sho you respect her. and his opinion... maybe even tell him that you two are adults now and tho you wished for his blessing and respect his opinion it wont change your hearts

Well it depends...how well does her father know you? And if he doesn't know you that well then try to get to know him better and hang out at her house more so he can get to trust you more with his little princess. Because every girl is her daddy's little princess. And just show him respect and respect his rules. Hope I help.
