oK... Me and this guy are deeply in love, BUT we aren't going out... He thinks its ok if girls call him and if he looks at other girls when hes with me... Does he really love me?? He is really confusing?? HELP ME!!!

Well, I'm curious here... what makes you think you two are deeply in love? Because he said so? Actions say more than words...
Look, if he's checking out other chicks while he's with you and welcoming them to call him -- he's not in love, but wants to play the field. There's nothing wrong with that and dating around, as he obviously isn't "with" you -- but it's wrong of him to lead you on in any way.
If a guy loves you, you are his priority -- not the rest of the female population, see what I mean?
Don't fall for this talk, his actions are telling you that he's NOT in love, but wants to keep you on the side, which isn't cool at all. You are a special person and you deserve to be treated as such. Don't settle for this guy and don't believe a word he is saying when he says "Oh baby I love you" BLAH BLAH BLAH... you know in your heart that he is full of it, so don't let yourself be so confused anymore. Let him know that you're not his consolation prize -- you're better than that and you deserve better.
