Title: does he like me & how can i show him i like him?

I have a guy that i really like, i've liked him since i was 14. awhile ago, i was showing him way to much that i liked him, everyone knew that i liked him and i think so did he. I thought that he felt the same way also, he was giving me little sholder massages, playing with my feet, trying slyly; putting his arm around my sholder in a game of poker, he was flirting with me alot. so, i went traveling and got my head together and thought that i needed to finish school and other things and if he liked me then he could wait awhile. I'm now older and have become hard core with him, to see if he really likes me or not.
Lately he;s been returning my calls, giving me looks galore, he watches me. one time he grabed my face and brought it to his face, about 1 inch from his and just starred at me. i really thought that he was going to kiss me. He'll just stare at me and give me big smiles. awhile ago at my grad. party he told me that he was going to come no matter what, and that he really wanted to be there with me....then he just looked at me and stared, then smiled. He;s been giving me alot of signs, but i just don't know what to say or do in return of them. I beleive that he likes me, but i just want to make sure, and to know what i can do to let him know that i like him.

Can you help me please and tell me what you think, u think he likes me, what should i do to let him know?
