Well, I recently met a guy. We'll call him Jake. Now, I've had a crush on "Jake" for a while now, but right now we're just friends. Well, when we first met, he asked me something that concerned me. He asked if I did dope (the slang term for heroine).
I'm concerned that he may be doing hard drugs like that. I want to find out, but I don't want to make him feel cornered. Plus, I haven't known him for that long (only about a month or so, and we've never hung out). I don't know if it's really my place, but I feel like I have to do something.
How do I get him to tell me if he does do that, and if he does how can I get him to get help?
I'm really scared that something might happen to him, but I don't want to go to the police, or a teacher or anything, because I don't want him to get in trouble- esspecially if he isn't doing it.
Please help me figure out how I can find out if he is a user and get him help.

hey whateva you do don't nag him about quitting if he is on drugs coz thats what i did to a m8 and the more i nagged the more he used. The best you can do is give him some leaflets about getting help u don't even have to give them to him just slip it into his pocket or something so he won't know its you and hopefully he will c sense or @ least read the leaflets good luck x

well i have alot of friends on drugs. Take it from me its really best to just mind your own buisness.i know you are concerned..but they knows it wrong. u can try to talk to him about it just ask him if he do it and he will answer you..im almost defiantly sure. But if you try to just come onto him by helping him he WILL take it the wrong way..really just leave it alone..im just telling u the reality
