how can i tell if a girl likes me? my situation is confusing. i need to see what it means. thanx.

Heh... this is one of those really tough questions, so don't take what I say as absolute fact, it varies with each girl.
If they stare at you, they might. If they touch you when you talk, or make a point to brush you in passing, then maybe, though that one's iffy. If she makes eye contact with you, and either holds it a long time or looks away really fast (and maybe blushes) that could be a sign. If you see her talking with friends but when you walk by or stop to talk she gets really quiet this is possible (though that could also be that awkwardness that only a girl can create where she gets quiet hoping you'll leave.)
Beyond that it's really small things you can't explain, facial expressions, tones of voice, mannerisms. You'll know these if you see them. Hope this helps. And once again my disclaimer that anything here may or may not be true. There is no specific rule to girls.
