me and this guy started talking about a year and half ago.Then he started dating this girl but he said nothing what change between us and they haven't.We still makeout and stuff like that but i'm falling in love with him, but i'm afraid if i tell him i't will scare him off.And its not like i'm a homewrecker before anyone says that he wants to break up with this girl but he's afraid she'll hurt herself.(and she cheats on him) can anyone help me don't know what to do

Hey, this is gonna sound brutal, but this is your life. His girlfriend will get over it, if there are others. Tell him, don't let this slip, trust me, let your feeling out, the guy will listen. you should tell him anyway. if you guys still make out, then telling him you love him sorta makes sense. it doesnt matter if his gf might hurt herself, she should get help for that. besides, it doesnt sound like shes good for him anyway, with the cheating and all that. he will probably try to help her, too. hope this makes sense.
