Title: Should you ask a guy out twice

Hello

I've liked this guy for many months now and just recently i asked him very casually if he was going out on tuesday night and he said he wasn't sure had a brief chat and i said well if you do we should meet up. That was pretty much the converstion, tuesday night came and he didn't go to the club, i was a bit cut that he didn't show up.

This guy i like works at the supermarket so i don't know him at all, just by face really and i just want to get to know this guy on a better level, but i don't wanna come across as desperate or annoying to him.

How can i show that im interested but really only if a friendly way because i don't know him and i really want to know him and is it ok to ask a guy out twice or is that a no no????

One more question how can yout tell if a guy is taken im not sure if this guy is taken???

Please help if you have any suggestions or thoguhts. Thanks heaps
