Title: Does this man still love me or is he just using me

o.k here is my problem

I am 14 and my man is 17 and we have been going out for 5 months. Now he is starting to turn 18 and he is starting to change he says he still luvs me but he needs us to just be friends but we still do the same stuff and he wants to be friends with benefits and i dont know if that is the best idea and i also wanna know if it sounds like he is cheating on me my mom hates him and i aint allowed to have any contact wit him except for at skool so how should i deal with this situation?
