Title: Friend flirting with ex

By: luvalbe_kitten

My ex and I broke up two weeks ago because he said he isn't ready for a serious relationship, so I told him I understood. He asked if we could still be friends and I said yes.

Anyway today my friend Vicky told me that my other friend Joanne has been e-mailing him.

Before I go into all this, I met my ex through Joanne. They're friends. She had fancied him at one point and still does...

Anyway Vicky told me that Joanne e-mailed my ex telling him about how she and her boyfriend broke up. Apparently my ex replied saying, 'I wouldn't worry about it. You're a stunner. There's bound to be loads of guys queuing up to go out with you.' Then Joanne replied saying, 'Are you one of them?' But apparently my ex never replied to that.

Either he called her a "stunner" and said all that stuff to make her feel better (which is why I'm assuming he didn't reply to her asking if he's one of the guys queuing up to go out with her) OR he just hasn't had time to reply/read her e-mail.

When I heard this I felt so betrayed and annoyed. How can she go and flirt with him like that?! And argh why did my ex say all that stuff to her?

What do you guys think? Is this none of my business? He can't break up with me because he isn't ready for a serious relationship then go and flirt with one of my so-called friends!

It seems like he's a jerk. I would just mind my own business. Besides, he still might only be cheering him up.
