I like two girls that I can't be with! HELP!

Yeah, I seem to have pretty strong feelings for two girls...and I can't have either of them.
One is currently in a relationship...but she does not seem very satisfied...they've been going out for awhile, and she's been looking for a way out of that relationship...
The other is single, but likes me as the dreaded friend.
She has a weird quirk with who she likes and what not....like she'll like a guy for 2 weeks and then "poof" the feelings are gone. Apparently she said that happened with me...I don't know when though, because I met her in like December.
But yeah, I just don't know what to do, because I have yet to meet anyone that compares to these girls...and I can't be with either of them!!!
It's driving me nuts.
My record with girls is quite ugly and I'm very lonely and have been looking for some time for a girl I can connect with.
It's very very frustrating.
I don't know what, if any advice, there is for this situation, but if you have some it'd be great appreciated.

You need not answer question one she has given. She believes you are me, and I would remember if it was me, which it is not. Plus, I would not choose that screen name, and it is merely coincedence that it is followed by nineteen. If it was my account and post, which it is not, I would have given a different number that was my favorite. Besides, I do not talk like that. I have not been here because I find this place useless now and I want to be alone. That is all. Sorry for the confusion.

Ok this is the third time i had to redo this!!
1. Out of curiosity, what is your name, favorite subject, and hair color. Lie and I will hunt you down
2. Advice- *Poof Girl- the ''poof'' affect may be because she does not want to get pulled in to a relationship quite yet, but I advise that you ask her. Who knows, maybe to a dance or something. If she says yes, then gradually move upward. You know, dates, a kiss, whatever. What else? oh yes, she'd be the first choice for doing something
*Dating Girl- if and when she breaks up with her bf, figure out where things stand with her. Are you guys friends (**cough cough cough** or cousins **cough cough cough**), what would she say if she knew you liked her? and does she like you? Dont be too quick to act on this, though, because even if she did not like the relationship she was in, she may still be recovering from the break-up. The thing is, she may not have liked the relationship because she doesnt want one?
Us girls are confusing like that. I advise to obseve, and decide rationally what to do. Dont break up Dating Girl and her bf though. And consider what i said about Poof Girl Peace out, Lucy
