I really like this kid named justin who i told i liked him a little while agoand he flirts with me soo so much but he hasnt said anything about liking my back. He also says how we need to hang out a lot and has some sexual comments towards me but idk if he likes me, has a little thing for me or doensnt like me at all. I would have thought he would say something by now cause its been like 2 weeks. Idk what to think?

Girl, i guess it's up to you to make the first move then. Go to a movie or something with him. Just hang out with him and see what happens...then you should find out how he feels about you. Sorry i couldn't be more help this time. Good luck though.
