Title: caught between 2 girls

im a senior at my high school. well leme just staart by sayin tht during the summer, i developed a crush on one of my friends. lets call her steph. I was never really close to stephanie, but i know she is a sweet girl and all. shes also pretty cute and playful. during the summer, my friend had found out for me how she would feel about gettin with me, like hypothetically, but so as not to make it obvious, he just said diffrernt guys names along with mine to give her opinion on each guy. she told him tht she didnt know me that well and she liked me as a friend. well i figured i could just get to know her better and then maybe she can figure things out for herself. well, at the start of the school year, i felt nervous to speak with stephanie, i had butterflies, and i coudlnt approach her without feeling nervous. As some time went by, I felt tht i liked her more. but eventually i found out thru a friend that steph knew how i felt about her, and tht if i were to ask her out or smoethn, she would feel a little weirded out, also she didnt want a bf at this time, her priority is to study and get into college.. i of course was let down by this. well, i aproachd her myself one day and i told her flat out tht yes it was true that i did like her, and she gave a little smile but she said she didnt want anything to happen to the friendship. well, i said to her tht i would at least like to get to know her better as a friend, and she just smiled.
the thing with steph is that she is a difficult person to talk to and to keep a conversation going. she is a quiet innocent girl. and i dont believe she has ever had a bf, least from wat i heard.

well, i would always confide in my best female friend ivi. i was closer to her than i was to stephanie, and as this year progressed, i became really really close with ivi. i got to know her so well, and her personality is really attractive to me. so i developed a crush on her, but at the same time i have feelings for steph. I told ivi how i felt about her, and she was flattered, but she told me she liked someoone else, which i was already aware of. unfortunately for her, one of her friends told the guy, but he doenst seem to show much interest towards ivi. so she became stuck in the same situation as i did with steph. a "just friends" situation. she didnt see anythin wrong with me liking to girls at once, for she had been thru somewat the same thing the previous year with 2 other guys. she didnt feel the same way, but i didnt mind. well after a while, ivi and i were still as close as ever, and just this halloween (monday), we began holding hands as we walked the strreeets together. the next day she told me tht there was something there between us, and tht she owudlnt have held my hand if she didnt beleive so. so at the same time tht she liked this other guy, she developed feelings for me, just as i had with her.
ivi is an innocent girl as well. she has never had a bf and wishes to wait for the right person to get her first kiss.
well,, then there grew a problem; her sister found out ho i felt about her, and she thought i was using ivi to get over stephanie.. which i dont believe it myself bcuz ive become so close to ivi tht i feel so good with her. stephanie is jsut there, and she doenst return the same interest. ivi doesnt see anything wrong with it however.
but ivi is afriad to get with me b/c she is afraid of wat people will say about us, since she hasnt mentioned a word about me to her friends, who belive she only has feelings for the other guy she likes. but lately weve been engaging in innocent pleasures, such as holding eachothers hand wen no one was looking. my bday is coming up and i joked to her sayin i wasnted a big kiss from her, and she actually put some thought into it. it would make it both our first kiss. but at the same time, wen i see stephanie, i feel those butterflies again. and i know i still like her too. but yeah, im pretty confused bcuz here i have ivi who im so close with and i can talk to about anything, and she has this interst for me as well, and then there is stephnaie who i cant resist my attraction towards cuz shes so damn sweet and cute, but at the same time i dont kno her as well, nor does she kno me as well, and we dont talk as much as i talk to ivi.
anyway, is it normal to feel like this for 2 girls? am i doing anything wrong, like is it unfair or wat? is wat im doing and feeling right?, and wat should i do about my situation
